This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the 153 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with all provisions stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any services on the 153 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set forth herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and 153 as the platform operator. They apply to all users without exception, including visitors, registered users, and active users conducting transactions.
Continued use of the 153 platform after any terms amendment is deemed acceptance of those changes by the user.
User Eligibility
- Users must be aged 18 years and above to register and use the 153 platform.
- Platform use is restricted to individuals legally eligible in their respective jurisdictions.
- 153 reserves the right to request age or identity verification at any time for confirmation purposes.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their platform use complies with all local laws applicable to them.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is allowed to register only one account. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. 153 reserves the right to verify all given information and may request supporting documents such as identity card or passport for identity verification.
Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without notice.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their passwords and login details confidential. Any activity on your account is considered your own unless unauthorized access is promptly reported to 153.
Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 153 is not liable for losses caused by user negligence in protecting login details.
User Responsibilities and Rules
Users agree to use 153 services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Activities that damage the platform, other users, or 153’s reputation are prohibited.
Specifically prohibited activities include:
- Using automated software or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to access your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, market manipulation, or unauthorised collusion between users.
- Abusing bonus systems or promotional offers dishonestly.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
153 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, if any rules are violated.
Payments and Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 153 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users must ensure deposits are from legitimate sources owned by themselves. 153 does not accept third-party deposits.
Deposit and withdrawal processes are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform from time to time. Limits may vary depending on payment methods such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, or online bank transfer. Users are advised to check current limits in their account’s finance section before transacting.
Withdrawal requests will be processed upon completion of identity verification. 153 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, the user will be contacted for further information.
Any taxes or fees related to transactions are the sole responsibility of users according to applicable Malaysian tax laws.

Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
153 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from platform use, including service interruptions due to maintenance, network issues, or uncontrollable events. 153’s liability is limited to the active balance in the user’s account at the time.
All content on the 153 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 153 and is protected under Malaysia's intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 153.
153 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately once published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly. Continued use after amendments is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Suspended or Closed Account Policy
153 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances: violation of terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, misuse of bonus offers, or requests by relevant authorities. Valid account balances for closed accounts will be refunded after investigations, subject to 153 management decisions.
Third-party Links and Applicable Laws
The 153 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 153 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. These terms and conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from the use of the 153 platform will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
